Therapy doesn't always have to look like sitting in a chair and talking for 50 minutes.
Sometimes we talk. Sometimes we breathe. Sometimes we move. Sometimes we sit with what's coming up.
I provide a present-centered, warm, supportive, and culturally responsive space.

Finding a therapist who understands the ways culture, race, identity, relationships, and systemic stress can shape your emotional well-being matters.
As a Black therapist, I offer a culturally responsive space where you can explore anxiety, identity, relationships, trauma, and the experience of feeling like you have to navigate the world differently from those around you.

A place to:
Feel and Process Emotions Safely
Stay Long-term
Develop Lasting Tools
Practice Self-regulation
Increase Self-compassion
Create a Stronger Sense of Self
Let's take the time to get to know each other, so we can shape a space that feels steady, supportive, and productive.
This long-term therapy aims to slow down your nervous system using mindfulness and somatic processing. One breath at a time, we work to feel what's going on in our bodies and really notice what emotions are being felt. As you begin to trust yourself with your feelings, you will build emotional understanding and tolerance so you can move through life with more confidence and control.
In whatever is coming up for you, we’ll move through it together, while building more self-confidence, self-awareness, and self-compassion along the way.
Slow down. Breathe. And notice what comes up
Somatic-Focused Therapy: Pays attention to physical sensations in the body (tension, tightness, restlessness) to help process feelings that might not come out through words alone.
Mindfulness-Focused Therapy: Uses techniques like breathing, meditation, and grounding exercises to increase awareness of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without judgment.
